Mild Salsa


  • 5 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Jalapanos
  • 1-2 limes
  • Large handful of cilantro
  • A generous pinch of salt and pepper


Chop tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos ( remove most of the seeds), and place in a medium size bowl. Cut the limes in half and add the juice followed by a large handful of cilantro. Salt and pepper as desired. Toss together and in a food processor pulse the mixture until you get your desired consistency. Chill for at least two hours but preferably over night. Enjoy!
