These scrambled eggs are great for a pre-workout meal or just on a rainy and gloomy day.
- 2 eggs
- A splash of milk
- Fresh jalapeño
- A sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese
- Fresh scallions
- Fresh cilantro
Use real butter here as you heat up your skillet on medium low. I sift my eggs to get rid of the gunk. Add in jalapeño and slowly move the eggs around (this makes them light and fluffy). When they’re about done you can sprinkle on some cheddar cheese and add a sprinkle or three of fresh scallions and cilantro. Salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!
