Carving time out for your practice can be tough whether you’re taking a class at the studio or at home. However, even with just 15 minutes a day you’ll be able to receive yoga’s many benefits. You must make a commitment and be consistent to maintain your home practice. You can plan your mini-class in advance for when you have the most free time. Otherwise you can stretch whenever the opportunity presents itself. The beauty of yoga is that it goes wherever you go. If you’re out and about and having a stressful day, take 5 and work on some deep breathing and maybe you’ll pay extra close attention and be mindful of your attitudes, actions, and words. Get your creative juices flowing for planning your moves, be fun, playful and smile!
